Investment in Customer Support

Offspring International has raised the level of customer support following investment in a new customer relationship management (CRM) system and the appointment of Colin Lee as Sales Engineer, specialising in computer aided design (CAD).

A professional engineer, Colin Lee has specialised in Auto CAD 2D & 3D Parametric Modelling, gaining a wide range of experience in producing 3D project design models. Mr Lee will create high quality 3D images of chains and accessories for Offspring International’s growing portfolio of Single Point Mooring and Offloading Systems.

Mark Brooks, sales and marketing director commented “The addition of Colin Lee will allow Offspring to produce highly detailed engineering drawings enhancing our technical sales while the introduction of a new CRM system will allow our growing sales team to better support customers across the globe.”

Offspring business development manager Adrian Shipley has led the implementation of the new CRM system which will streamline the storage of project information making customer support faster and more comprehensive, as well as enabling sales activities to be more focused. The new system will also support Offspring’s expanding global sales team, including Mauricio Spaolonzi, recently appointed as regional sales manager for South America.
