OIL appoints Regional Sales Managers

Offspring International (OIL) has appointed Egbert Wibbelink, Peter Rowley and John Cruickshank as regional sales managers.

Previously business development manager for OIL in South America, Egbert Wibbelink will now be responsible for Southern Europe, Russia, Caspian region and North Africa in addition to South America. Promoted from sales executive, Peter Rowley will represent Offspring in the Middle East, Indian Sub-continent and Africa. While John Cruickshank joins OIL to cover the United Kingdom and Norway.

Sales and marketing director for OIL, Mark Brooks, comments “Expanding OIL’s sales team will enhance our ability to inform the industry of the latest developments in mooring and offloading including the Autonomous Shutdown Valve (ASV) for PLEM management, as well as, the Offshore Ops Integrated Terminal Management System.”

PLEM Management

Offspring International offers a range of PipeLine End Manifold (PLEM) control systems under an exclusive agreement with valve actuator manufacturer, Paladon Systems. With increasing demands for more efficient tanker scheduling and greater loading / offloading availability, the Autonomous Shutdown Valve offers terminal operators fully autonomous and self-contained PLEM control. The ASV provides fail-safe offloading operations, greater system availability, and emergency shutdown capability.
