Offspring International has signed an international agent agreement with valve and pipeline equipment specialist Marine Division. Through the agreement, Offspring will offer a variety of offshore valves and actuators for offloading systems including Single Point Mooring (SPM), Conventional Buoy Mooring (CBM), Pipeline End Termination (PLET) and PipeLine End Manifold (PLEM).
All valves supplied by Offspring are designed and manufactured under quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and to the applicable standards including those set out by the American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
“Partnering with Marine Division expands Offspring’s range to include valves and operators throughout the offloading system including hoses, on the buoy and subsea. Together Offspring and Marine Division can provide high quality traditional valve solutions as well as innovative control systems such as Paladon Systems’ Autonomous Shutdown Valve,” said Mark Brooks, sales and marketing director for Offspring International.
